These Terms govern your use of Luna, operated by Luna ("Luna", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Luna provides tools to explore roles, build and tailor résumés, prepare for interviews, and organize your job search, including AI-assisted features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You keep ownership of the content you provide (résumés, profile details, job descriptions, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the service for you, including sending relevant content to our AI provider to generate results.
You agree not to:
AI features produce suggestions that may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Luna does not guarantee any job, interview, or outcome. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before you use it, including anything on your résumé or in your applications.
We aim to keep Luna available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may suspend or discontinue it (in whole or part) at any time.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Luna is not a career-advisory, legal, or employment service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luna and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
